Design for What Browser First?
i usualy design for firefox first because i have firebug installed and it helps a lot in the process of coding the site. after the design is complete i check with IE6 and IE7 and after that with safari, opera and chrome. in the end the site is displayed perfect in all the browsers.

web 2.0 Tutorials
web 2.0 is just a trend in design. glossy buttons, vivid colors, rounded corners for elements in a website ... in my opinion the new trend around is grunge style. i personally hate web 2.0 in excess because it's all over, but if the design is clean and simple it is effective. grunge style should be used only if it's used wisely. a website should catch attention, therefore it should not be orientated or compared with what is around the web. just design the way you think so the information on the website is easy to understand and to make people return to that website.

how to organize Divs in main content ?
Dizi has a good ideea. i usually create a div ( div id="wrap" or div id="container" ) that contains three div-s: one for the header, one for the body/content and one for the footer. the rest of my div-s are just classes ( div class="left_column" or div class="tag_cloud" etc. ). the CSS is easy to create around them. you could get some inspiration by doing this. open a website you like click on view source in the browser's toolbar and look hw the XHTML/HTML code is arranged. then install firebug plug-in for mozilla and explore the CSS for that code. it worked for me. cheers

What do you think
well in my opinion the navigation in the right side will pop-up over the text and that is not ok. and also the categories in the footer are not matching the overall design.

T-shirt --- what program?
well you should use corel draw or adobe illustrator. they are vector based programs. the design u make should be scalable without losing pixel at the edges. you could use photoshop to. but you have to design at a specific dimension.

How to get traffic and develope community on a forum?
you could try these options: - talk about the forum on blogs around the web and somehow advertise it - word-a-mouth - advertise on different pages over the web (this is not free but it's not expensive either) - place banners in web pages - grow the community slowly good luck
