i've been using drupal for a while now and for me it's easily the best open-source cms out there, you can bend it to your whim ( and the client's ), although it may take time to set things up the first time round but it gets easy once you're use to it

I'm looking for a host that offers multi-domain hosting as well and just had a look at tsohost, what's the speed like FTP wise? And uptime? Above all else the customer support Cheers

simple list of text, never really thought about doing it any other way but that's certainly something i'm gonna looka at now

I've had to get to use to working on ubuntu having spent most time working on windows but it really didn't take long to adjust (not even a day)...from personal experience I'd say that web design/development is a smoother process

custom linux build but all computers in the office run it though, aside from one mac running on snow leopard, there's not really that many machines to warrant thin client type tech to be used just yet, even though it's something we provide to clients

at work use ubuntu os, firefox for main browsing, at home windows 7 and again firefox

a good portfolio and many many job applications, just keep applying and once you get invited for an interview the ball's in your court no matter how much experience you may or may not have

you may also want to try adding the script at the bottom of the page ( just before </body> ) instead of in the <head>

Warn the client before suspending the account, if he's happy with it then there's no problem and he should pay for it, if he still refuses to pay after the warning then what can you do but suspend it

it just so happens that the company i work for specialise in voip phone systems but do you want it for youself as an individual or are you looking for an office type solution?

as others have said.. also you may want to perform some validation checks before (javascript) and after (php) the form is submitted, and something like a CAPTCHA could help minimize the amount of spam you get

well the main reason i ask is because the money i earn with my full time job is gettin cut for tax/nic through paye anyway... so i still got to let them know? as in pick up the phone/write a letter and tell them?

hey first off i'm sorry if this isn't clear, it's been a long day.... i was wondering if anyone would know the answer to this, i'm looking for a way to dynamically populate drop down lists in drupal based on the selected taxonomy terms (select parent to list child term) a good example of what i'm looking for is the search on the autotrader website http://www.autotrader.co.uk/ when you select a make of car ie "Vauxhall" a list of all vauxhall models is generated in the "model" drop down list i've tried various modules such as hierarchical select it does what i want but the problem with that is that it starts off as one drop down list then more appear as you go through the taxonomy terms, i want all drop downs to be alreday viewable.. i've attached an image which will hopefully explain it better

I learnt some at college, when tables were still widely used, learnt some at uni but most of what I know now is self-taught, I just could't quite grasp it totally in an academic environment.

them cars are super nippy, referring to the 1.6 one that's a good price for the mileage, just get rid of the black alloys if you end up with that one
