  1. Thanks for the reply, but this didn't work. It didnt show the complete height of the image or the width. Cheers though.
  2. Im building my first parallax scrolling website and I would like some help. We have a really complex background with roads joining, buildings etc... What is the best way to do this? I have tried using: { background: url(images/bg.jpg) no-repeat center center fixed; -webkit-background-size: cover; -moz-background-size: cover; -o-background-size: cover; background-size: cover; } to make it the perfect full page background. On large screens its brillaint but on smaller screen resolutions you lose alot of the detail as its all off the screen, so what is the best way? The background size is 2000px by 6367px. Many thanks! J
  3. Hi All, In Fireworks when you create and object or text etc... and you want it to centre it will automatically snap to the canvas when you drag it. Can you get Illustrator to do this? Thank you for helping.

  5. Check this out: Perfect Full Page Background Image - http://css-tricks.com/3458-perfect-full-page-background-image/ body{ background: url(images/bg.jpg) no-repeat center center fixed; -webkit-background-size: cover; -moz-background-size: cover; -o-background-size: cover; background-size: cover; }
  6. I have moved to CardStream Payment Gateway. I use to be with sage but they were getting problems non stop and as I was loosing money. No problems so far and the help I get when I need it from the support team is great. Check them out Cardstream Payment Gateway. Cardstream are a UK company, their based in London with Offices in Taunton Somerset. Cardstream also accept all currencies so Sterling and Euro will be perfect! Let me know what you think?
  7. You will need to ask the bank who you have your merchant account with to see if they take multiple currencies first of all. If not you will then have to ask for them to allow your account to take Euros. Once this is done most Payment Gateways will allow this. We use Cardstreamas are main Payment Gateway since moving away from Sage Pay. Hope this helps.
  8. Go to http://border-radius.com/ and type in the values you want. It will then generate the CSS3 code for you.
  9. I would just use Google Analytics's. Goolge Analytics
  10. <div id="outer"> <div id="inner"> <img src="http://placehold.it/150x150" /> </div> </div> #outer{display: table; width: ??px; height: ??px; } #inner{display: table-cell; vertical-align: middle; text-align: center;} The key here is display: table and display: table-cell.This makes the div act like a table. This is how we do it and how Dribbble does it.
  11. OK I do agree it looks like a lot like other sites with the layout. Things I don't like: - The cardboard / paper texture on the website. - The red font on the blue background - even though it has a white drop shadow it is still very hard to read. - The general color and design - sorry. Things I do like: - Most Important showing your latest work on the homepage. - Bringing in your latest tweets which will help with the updation of the website and in the long run SEO. - Quick contact within the footer.
  12. Rank Tracker BY Link Assistant is by far the best. Add Domain, Select which Country and which search engines within that country you want to track, Add your keywords and then run the report. You are then allowed to save all data into a PDF which you can customise. My link
  13. .divName { -webkit-border-radius: 10px; -moz-border-radius: 10px; border-radius: 10px; } Change the number to what ever you want. My link - use this to generate your code, saves you time! You can specify each corner.
  14. Sage Pay is down again today I have just seen. I have already posted about this but I think I will do it again. I have left sage pay due to this keep happening and loosing me business and I have joined another provider called Cardstream. Check out my earlier post to see how it is going and what others said - My link Anyone else fed up with Sage Pay ? Love to hear everyone's thoughts!

Completed this request. Sorry stupid mistake.
  16. As I started this post I thought I better link to a message I wrote about the PSP that I am now with - My link
  17. Simon, I moved to Cardstream. Here is a short paragraph about my feelings so far with this company: I have found that Cardstream's customer service has been particularly strong with friendly, knowledgeable staff at the end of the phone. Also, their support ticketing system seems to work well providing quick and precise replies directly from their support staff. The sign up process was pretty painless too, the online form at My link has about 4 steps, all of which were self explanatory and only took 5 minutes to complete - once I had found my bank details! Lastly, their tariff worked really well for me. I'm doing between 300 - 400 transactions per month which works well on their competitive tariff structure. So, with the limited time I have had with them, they come well recommended to anyone looking to switch from SagePay.
  18. It looks OK, but everything is too cramped. You don't know where to look first. I would give the design elements more space.
  19. Hi Simon, I ended up Moving to Cardstreamand everything has been fine since. I will write a post soon about them to let you all know about their service and how I feel.
  20. Hi All, Sage Pay is down again. What a joke it's been on and off for 2 days with today being the final straw when it finally went. I am now moving away from this Joke of a Payment Gateway ! Anyone got any recommendations? I am have been recommended Cardstream from a fellow friend in the industry. Anyone had any dealings with this company?
  21. I would use Cardstream Payment Gateway, these guys are very helpful. Looking on their homepage they are the cheapest Payment Gateway on their Comparison table. I was with Sage Pay and after these last 2 days of nonsense from them I have finally left. What a Joke !
  22. Yes I know this but sometimes good SEO websites give away a little bit of information which they receive or get from following Google Sources. I believe its the content on the websites. It's not been updated for a while.
  23. I use a Rank Tracker to keep track on my positions.
