What do you think of this design for the homepage? I have still not decided on a logo so i have just put some text in for now. Any ideas for a logo would be appreciated though. The website is a portal for student accommodation. Cheers All!

Here is a new design for my rugby club which i am doing for free to add to my portfolio. For the news part i was think that it would go down the list of news chaning the image and text related to that news? What you think? improvements and suggestions would be great.

The new design is the first 2 and the old is the last 2. I have died the colours down a bit more. What do you think now? "Its very blue! I think the white text on blue background is actually a little harsh on the eyes. " Alot of you said about the old dark blue was to much.

I will change it to one button for now then and do what you said and handle the other methods on the donate page.# I used those colours because they have a crap logo and i tried to keep to it whilst doing the colour scheme and that logo for now. What colours would you suggest then for the buttons if not the green?

I have used a javascrpit file to make the png transparency working in IE6 but the links within the image have stopped working when i introduced this code. When i take the javascript file out you get that light blue colour around the png images and the transparency does not work but the links work? Below is my code for the map. It works in firefox, ie7 etc.. I am now changing the website to better servers with another company - should this help to? They have better protection? In Google you can still only go through to my index ? How did u know my site got hacked?

Yeah. Cheers for everyone posting though! How long does Google normally do this? I posted the url on twitter hoping it to go to the site quicker!?

Just did that. It says my site is not re directing anywhere.

I don't have a sitemap. The stages i did - Deleted the site off the server like i was told to. Ran norton on my computer and said i had none. Up loaded the site again. But like i said you can go direct to the site and its fine - the urls are normal.

When you search for my local rugby club website in google and you then click on a link it says the site has a virus. You can see this when you hover over the links. I contacted my hosting company and they said i did have one. They gave me the advice on deleting everything off the server and uploading a new site after i done a virus scan on my computer. Nothing was found. So i did this. You can go direct to the site and its fine no virus in the URL's just in Google. Does this mean i have to wait until google comes back and caches the site again and sees it is ok? the site is www.torrfc.co.uk

Can anyone give me examples of Web 2.0. All i really know is user ability and accessibility?

OK. Cheers all - but i like said above that logo is not going to be there i just through it in as it was looking plain with out anything in the banner. I will look into about cooperating more colors.
