if you are asking about google on seo basis then i can tell you something in brief you can rank good in terms of seo if your site have unique content and you have good amount of backlinks from your same NICHE ,,, other things also depend like TILE , KEYWORDS , DESCRIPTION ..... by thinking about keyword of site , you can adjust all these things so that when google will crawl your site , it will reflect your keyword

earlier i used cs3 but these days i m using cs5 , so far i can say you can do more in cs5 and you can go in deep i hope you understand what i m trying to say
