The site is for a new online drama that will be showing on UK TV soon also.... Casting is underway atm, and filming will commence shortly. Summary: The EndZ is a tenacious portrayal of life on the streets of Manchester. Its called a mailing list.... Try looking at phpList which is a free open source mailing list manager

Perch (its just like cushycms but theres a one-time fee of either £25 or £40)... The difference being in that you host it on your server (rather than having to go to cushycms.com everytime you want to edit the site)

Yes, would definatly reccomend wordpress - specially as your a media student and its all about communities / viral media. Wordpress is at the centre of all of this viral media.

From memory Lynda is stupidly expensive... Get nettuts / psdtuts... When you get signup to one you get the whole range of tuts things in there networks.... The link is in my signature and I genuinely would say it is worth signing up for.... Its $9 a month which is considerably cheaper than lynda from memory and you also get resources that can be used in commercial projects with this too.

Wordpress + BBpress? Super easy to use and link with each other seamlessly... Only thing I would say is that BBpress is not your typical forum software...

Nice job, I like it - its nice and clean. I would change the colour of the green though - it hurts my eyes and I dont think the contrast is that great.

Hi Simon, Welcome to the web designer forum - I'm pretty sure you'll get into the designery swing of things providing you stay long enough (which shouldnt be too long as theres lots of creatives around here!) Also, I would highly suggest signing up for a PSD plus membership. Yes I admit that the link in my signature is an affiliate link, but I dont think I could recomend it enough! All you need is a couple of months there and you'll be a photoshop / design pro! (And for the sake of £5 as opposed to a £800 design course I dont think theres much to complain about there either). While theres an ebay topic going.... Ebay templates are just html right? Do they have to have special tags / formatting or anything thats not what i would class as normal html?

I think you'd be better off if people were voting for the content..... A website that changes design contantly would really get on my nerves... And it wouldn't really help you either as there would be no sense of branding...

Put the images in a container then let them float to the left... Similar to like what you see on my website....
