I am planning to build a professional educational paid website for teaching Maths from primary to GCSE level.

My website will have a hundred of short video covering all Maths topic with worksheet and answer key.

I have zero knowledge about building website, maintenance and marketing.

I don’t mind anyone in the world build my website and maintain if price is affordable to me.

Can someone guide me where to find right person to do this job? 

Do you have any idea about the cost of building, maintenance and marketing?

Upload all the videos you youtube.

Build a simple site and embed all the videos.

Add a navigation system so pupils can find the videos and it's job done.

I've had a KS3 site up and running for years. It's a bit out of date but still very popular. Happy to link to your videos if it helps.

Sorry, you asked about costs.

Once you have paid for hosting the site can be set up for very little. All the hard work comes afterwards. Writing and linking all the content can take weeks of work.

Maintenance costs are virtually zero if you look after it yourself.

Why would anyone want to pay a subscription when there are loads of sites with free content?

But if you really want to do this it’s not something you can build yourself if you have zero experience.

I'd just create a series on Youtube and link them to that list.  Job done.  If you really want something of your own then you can use something like Wix that could link to the videos, or better embed them.  it won't be professional but you could give it the appearance that it is.
 

If you want an actual "professional" site then you aren't gonna learn what's needed in a few weeks.  Try years - there's a hint in the name "professional".  A decent developer and designer won't be cheap - certainly not by your standards.  Given the amount to learn (it's not at all easy) they command high salaries - and freelancers high day rates.  For example an experienced JavaScript developer would command about £500 per day working independently as a contractor.  More than this if the gig is in London.

You could utilise an existing course platform like https://teachable.com, although it might actually be better to release videos for free on Youtube initially as a way of building up an audience, this is a really common way to eventually sell premium courses that people have to pay for. You'll quickly know whether it's worth investing more into it based on the reaction you have on your free content.

First of all, You have to do research to about your niche and create a simple website. It's help user to easily navigate your website.

One more thing, your website is user friendly.
