Div instead of tables
Can anyone tell me how to make a menu box using divs instead of tables or at least point me to a tutorial on it? What I wantto do is is make a 5-6 column table with around 4-5 rows each space haveing a text link, but in divs instead of tables.

I agree with Empek, but WOW!! What a major improvement!! Definitely would use that tattoo place for my next tattoo, if I was in the UK

My new website
The site looks good, but you start out with a kind of metallic look/feel with the menu area then change to silver paper for the side menu? You need to choose one or the other and make it flow. Get rid of or move to thr bottom of the page the link to to the Wiki page on Bangladesh. I would never link to or reference Wiki myself as it it not a reliable source of information. Otherwise looks good so far.

Looks like you have fixed it. let's play with your copy - you wrote - "Snowy'sWebSolutions © is devised to create professional web sites for businesses and clients with personal interests or hobbies, at a single low price, no strings attached! The current flourishing array of web site designers, programmers and creators has currently risen to such a level, that the cost may be too high for your budget. SnowysWebSolutions is here to try and help you!" Maybe change it to - "Snowy's WebSolutions© is devised to create professional web sites for businesses and clients with personal interests or hobbies, at a single low price, no strings attached! The flourishing array of web site designers, programmers, and creators has currently risen to such a level that the cost may be too high for your budget. Snowy's WebSolutions© is here to try and help you!" If you are going to personalize Snowy in one sentence you have to do so in all sentences. Also using current and currently in one sentence is overkill. If you are going to us the copyright symbol in one place use it in all or not at all. second part - "We build content management systems to allow you to easily access and modify your site. Add and delete images, build slideshows and galleries, insert and edit text, headings and subheadings. You can change the colours, font size and much more. Edit your site from any computer that has access to the internet, quick and easily!"

Add another panel and button for the services part, and maybe a nice simple text link for contact at the bottom left of the content section.

Ok - it is looking a it better, I am still not sold on the logo tho, raise your buttons a few pixels they are now overlapping the white area. Also - and I mean this as nice as possible - get someone to proof read your copy!!! Changing the one word I gave you as a mispell example doesn't fix the horde of others.

new site see what yous think
Ditto spacing is a bit tight, both in IE and FF Yeah links to facebook and velospace need to be removed. If you want them on the site add them to your blog page on the side as a small image or something. Otherwise the site design, content, and graphics look great!!!

Looks really nice, but (and there always is one isn't there?) here are few things I thought whilst looking at it.... a. the logo is nice but blends in too much with the header background it gets lost. b. the curly font you used for the "Always creating great professional websites!" - I would ditch it for a more professionla font. c. make sure your css is calling for standard fonts found on most computers not specialty ones, the average user is not going to have the specialty ones. d. get a proofreader, the word "Testomaonials" is spelled "testimonials" and finally e. you need more spacing between to the 2 columns, the words are about to overlap. (that is in IE - but remember most of the general public use it more than any other browser.)

Hmm, I have a widescreen monitor set to 1680 by 1050 and a regular one set to 1400 by 1050 and I don't see this in either.... ????? The one thing I do see tho is when you click on the FLASH link, the words panel 3 show in the upper left corner of the slide menu.

Turning this design into a Fully Functional Forum
Razor, seeing as it is all based on dezignstudio themes anyhow, just install smf and start re-coding and replacing the images to make it a theme for the specific forum. Your best option tho is to go to the SMF main site and ask on thier forum how to integrate it into a html page.

review design before I hire someone to improve the graphhics...
My first thoughts are re-design, re-design or come up with a original design, that was a good design - I have seen it over and over agian for other sites, if you did pay for it I would ask for a refund as it is not original, nor made for you.

CSS Issue... I think

Nope, adjust your monitor settings it isn't blinding, it is actually quite tame compared to true blue, and only smurf blue will do!

My Homepage
I have yet to see one in the past weeks. As for my website, it has it's own thread and yes it has been picked apart and helped, but nothing like the comments you have made. As for yours, your post serves part of my comment for saying you need a proofreader, the word "I" is always without exception capitalized, on your site there are several places it is in lowercase and takes away from such a great looking site and what you are trying to present. There is a old saying, "opinions are like assholes, everyone has one but they all think the others stink!"

You know Pereira, and I am sorry but I have to say this, you are so negative, I have yet to see you actually like anyone's sites or designs. It is actually a good design, needs a bit of work and fine adjusting maybe, but nothing as bad as you make it. BTW if I were you I would get a proofreader for your site, it needs help as well. Also when you tell this person - "You have no colour scheme" you are actually saying he does, as the correct way to say it is "You haven't any colour scheme", and what makes you think he doesn't have any highlight color? It is a image, you can't hover over the links.

A design to review....
Hey I don't know what is trendy as far as websites, just that I have seen that over done lately, but what do I know, my site is filled with little blue guys that live in mushrooms! LOL!!! Try keeping the pad and pencil, and take them an put them on a clipboard setting across your lap or something, like Wize said "no desks" Better yet go with the slogan "Windows into Creativity", do a tablet clipped to a multi paned window with one of those tied on pencils, and a bunch of post it notes around it! hey its is a idea, maybe not good but a idea. HEY!! I still have a Razor, I love my Razor!!

Well I like it --- but --- first thing I thought of was it looks like Alek's site that was just reviewed, only you used his header for the whole page, and like I told him kind of like the Harry Potter website.
