If the graphics are so bad as stated, why nobody wants the challange and do it better? I dont want the ones who want to be paid by hour, I want the ones who are sure they can do it and agree on the deal I stated in previous messsage. I pay for the result I am pleased with. Regardless if you done it in a hour or a week. I'm curious..

Sorry for the late replay. Thanks for the forum notes and PM’s. As the website is my private initiative to create a retail community I can not afford the rates charged by web agencies. I know I can’t get help for free so I will pay what I can. But I surely cant afford a wrong investment (paying for something I don’t like and will not use). Therefore the deal must be. I pay for the result, who must be to my satisfaction. In other words someone must stick to me until we get the design straight so it can be uploaded (I wont pay the time invested). Could you please review this private initiative (retail community) http://www.shopic.com and give me your advice/concern on the design. I have also posted an add here to find someone who could do a design mark-up (only the graphics not the code) to improve the pictures but it would be nice to know how I score as a design novice.
