  1. I'd really recommend you speak to an accountant and get an accountant to complete your tax return. They will save you money in the long run, you would be surprised at what you can put down as an expense!
  2. I've heard it's completely different to the one in the USA?
  3. Do you actually *need* cPanel/Fantastico or would other control panel options be suitable?
  4. Could you post or PM me the returned email delivery failure? If you can't get support from your current provider, you should really look into moving. After all you are paying them for the hosting service and for support. We use Plesk on all our servers
  5. They've no plans to change existing customers packages according to their Twitter updates
  6. Heart Internets CP is custom built, it's not cPanel.
  7. So basically they've overloaded their Windows server or they are badly managed
  8. Have they given any explanation as to why they are going down?
  9. Take a look at our Windows Hosting, we host quite a few WDF members. It's not that 'cheap' (buy cheap, buy twice!) but it's very affordable and our customer service/support is excellent Feel free to get in touch if you have any questions.
  10. Take a look at our Virtual Private Servers, all fully managed so we look after the setup, updates, security etc. We also provide Plesk so moving the domains will be very easy, as we can use the Plesk backup/migration manager.
  11. Hi Saeed, Yes, Python is installed as standard. We install the latest stable version, but we can install any version of your choice.
  12. We should be able to support this including the additional modules on our Virtual Private Servers, it's not something we would be able to support in a shared/reseller hosting environment as we don't offer PostgresSQL or customer specific modules. Feel free to get in touch if you would like some further details.
  13. Have you looked at the Plesk Sitebuilder? http://www.parallels.com/uk/products/plesk/sitebuilder/demo/
  14. There are lots of hosting providers that offer "end user support" to resellers customers, but in my experience providers which offer end user support are usually outsourcing their support to off-shore companies which does not provide the best possible support, than a host with their own staff supporting their customers directly. If you don't want the responsibility for hosting, I'd recommend you refer your clients to the hosting company of your choice. You could earn commission for each order if the host has an affiliate scheme.
  15. If it's a managed VPS you don't need to worry server management as the company you are paying for the VPS should be looking after it for you
  16. There email address is helpdesk@uk-cheapest.co.uk
  17. Your website is working fine for me. It sounds like your connection/IP has been blocked or something. Email/call them for assistance.
  18. uk-cheapest.co.uk seems to be working fine from my side?
  19. Congratulations!

Feel free to take a look at our hosting solutions, all generous limits and no "unlimited" features (or any sort!) Please get in touch if you have any questions.
  21. You are not going to be the registrar of your domain, unless you have your own Nominet TAG/Membership (assuming you wanted to register a .UK domain). Just look for a provider/registrar that registers domains in your own details and doesn't charge to "release" the domain.
  22. Huh? CV = Curriculum Vitae
  23. If it's for a personal website, I guess you could get away with free hosting although I'd not recommend as high quality hosting is available for a few pounds a month.
  24. Is it for a personal or business website?
