I've had a website hosted by uk-cheapest.co.uk for just short of a couple of months now. Last week the site went offline,along with the host companies website. Its been over a week now with no word from the company and i'm un sure of what to do next? I appreciate that you do pay for what you get and wasn't expecting all singing customer service etc but still??

any advice would be very helpful

It sounds like your connection/IP has been blocked or something. Email/call them for assistance.

both your site and uk-cheapest are working for me as well.

Both sites are working fine here. Shame they dont have a phone number you can simply call them on...

can't get on their website to contact or email them

Have you cleared your cache, as they might of had a problem when you went on and it has saved to your computer so it keeps showing you the error rather than the sites. As for them working they both work for me as well.
