Fine on Firefox but whacky on IE - Help!
http://inprogress.sitecreationz.com So, I'm still in the progress of learning javascript so the script's not mine. The site looks just fine on Firefox but looks totally whacky on IE!!! What's going on?! I'm still playing with the layout since I'm still not sure what color scheme to use, etc... Only the About/Index page exists for now but I added a drop-down box under the services tab.

I need a domain and host
Well, I want to be the registrar of my domain. I hear some sites offering domain registration are the registrars of your domain and not you. So they kind of own your domain. As for hosting, I don't expect a lot of traffic as i'll just be starting. I'll be writing my site in HTML and CSS. And eventually, I'll be adding some Javascript, PHP and Flash when i've learned them.

I need a domain and host
I am Philippine based. I want to know if it matters where I have my domain registered or it doesn't matter at all. Whether $70 or $7 will get me basically the same thing I want or not. Pads the Newbie
Hi. Call me Padfoots, PV Alien, or whatever you like! I guess you could say I'm a newbie at web design. I learned a little HTML in high school. They didn't teach us CSS so they taught us what I heard was called bad HTML. These past 3-4 days I've been studying basic html and css from HTML.net. Any suggestions on what I should learn next? Or should I first try to master HTML and CSS? I've also checked out PHP.net.
