    or their dictator who made wild statements is now dead so they are free to release what the market looks for? WIth the mini's resolution and effectively being a smaller ipad 2 it does kick the competition somewhat. I guess it will come down to what people want to use it for.

  3. It doesn't matter what resolution people have, how often do you have everything full screen? Any site that tries to be clever and force me to change how I want to work will get closed.

    I didn't see the macs. The line that the iPad mini is a smaller tablet and not just a larger phone summed up the others. Keeping that resolution is a very good plan. Haven't seen any uk prices or dates yet but us is $329 and preorder 26/10, shops 2/11. Should shift a heap for Christmas.

    okay guys, a rare question. Just looking at an idea for someone. Is it possible to have a PDF template with, say header, footer, etc that can be populated with information from a database. Either on the fly for a download or as part of their upload? eg. they upload the content, PDF template is used for the formatting and the final PDF is created? Or am I not awake yet?

  20. A quick google and I think it's possible but you're really going to have to ask your host whether they will even contemplate the idea?
