Honestly, i donot think SEO software helps, better to do all seo yourself or hire a SEO consultant.

A blog will certainly help if you can post regular and informational content. Searchn engines like new content so updating the blog at least a week will be ideal. Also get your own blog, use something with wordpress and customize it according to your website theme.

i think the left categories panel needs some work, its getting very busy with flowers images. Also, you donot need to have a big image for "same day delivery". Also include the payment system accepted banner in right side and cart items.

its correct, normal timing to get page rank is more than 3 months so i believe you just have to wait so that your website gets a page rank

For faster crawling from google, you can increase it from webmaster tool else just wait for few days.
