I am studying to become a web designer. 🤓 After reading the introductory book on HTML and CSS, I decided to write a small web page. Since I study through books and web courses, I have no one to turn to for a professional assessment of my work. Can I get a professional assessment of the HTML and CSS code of my page here? I am ready to pay money to a person who will spend his time reviewing my work. I will be glad if you will direct me in the right direction. I attach the archive of my web page to the letter. Note: I write through an online translator.

Yes, I understand about security. Just on the hosting that I had a website, for some reason it was not displayed. It was difficult for me to figure out what was going on, so I transferred the domain names to another hosting to display the site. It is written that the transfer takes place within 24 hours.

Not quite what you want evaluating. It's a very simple HTML/CSS structure containing a Wikipedia article.

It functions as a website at a very basic level and there is nothing wrong with the code.

That's the thing, having a simple page, I got, as it seems to me, too much code. In the tutorial, the created page looks much better, but there is somehow the code is compiled in smaller sizes.

Well, I thought that I could get comments like: let's say that a section of three blocks of images could be done somehow differently...Or the section " Did you know?" it could be done by writing the least code...

That is about the least amount of code you can get away with. A fully validated site with all the usual functions will have a lot more code.

I transferred 3 blocks to the flex container. Only now Chrome doesn't want to display my flex... 🤥Mozilla and Edge are good.

And when I open the local version of the site through chrome, everything is fine. When it goes through the server, it flies.

refresh the browser, try a different browser or try incognito mode

That's looking OK, suggest you check your HTML for errors (there's a doctype tag out of place).

Also make sure images have both width and height attribute values to prevent content moving about while the page renders, and add alt attributes for non decorative images.
