  1. BlueDreamer's post in Title of the article over the image was marked as the answer
The easiest way is to change the source order to the heading comes first, something like this:
    <article> <h1>My heading</h1> <img src="myimage"> <time>01 02 2016</time> <p>Description...</p> </article>
  2. BlueDreamer's post in How do I get this option on a wordpress website? was marked as the answer
    It's done with a Jquery plugin - http://www.mattboldt.com/demos/typed-js/
  3. BlueDreamer's post in Make slider buttons same width was marked as the answer
As Nillervision said give the elements a fixed width. You could also wrap the numbers in a SPAN tag and hide them offscreen...
  4. BlueDreamer's post in Integrating SagePay was marked as the answer
Sagepay server is the one your probably want, that's the one where the customer is sent to a Sagepay secure page to enter their card details.

Normally you set up a few details in the Sagepay account first, then on your site you need to add the Vendor ID that Sagepay provide you. The cart gateway should also have a facility to run payments in Test mode so you can test the checkout.
  5. BlueDreamer's post in Hyperlink to page won't work (but does for a bookmark) was marked as the answer
Looks like your Javascript is preventing the link from working - try removing class="scroll" from that link tag.
  6. BlueDreamer's post in gleaning sites for data was marked as the answer
Some weather services provide data feeds and sometimes API's that you can leverage. Have a scout around... Though in the past I gave seen some if them charging for access.
  7. BlueDreamer's post in making a image clickable was marked as the answer
Apply the class and styling to the A tag instead...

    <li><a href="http://www.google.com" class="link1">Google</a></li>
  8. BlueDreamer's post in Websitefront page loading screen was marked as the answer
http://anseki.github.io/jquery-plainoverlay/ is an easy to use example
  9. BlueDreamer's post in Domain Name Advice (.TV) was marked as the answer
.tv is just a domain extension belonging to the Islands of Tuvalu but freely available. There are some quite high profiles sites using it such as blip.tv - if it suits just go for it!
  10. BlueDreamer's post in Web site planning strategy was marked as the answer
4000EUR equates to about £3300 - if it's a straightforward brochure site you may want to budget something like 1k-2k EUR for design and build, then whatever you have left allocate to copy writing and marketing.

If this were my project I would look at getting the site built, and good content copy in place first - good copy is the thing that will sell your services so that's important, and for the most part, if you structure your site well and the copy is right half the "SEO" will be already done!

Once you have a working site, customer focussed text copy and clear call to actions then you can look at marketing. Now, marketing is an ongoing thing so you could allocate a monthly/annual budget for it, then use each months budget to test different avenues. You can do a lot of marketing yourself via social media (Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin), possibly run a blog if you can write regularly.

Yep the character images can be whatever style you want
  12. BlueDreamer's post in website resizing help was marked as the answer
You probably need to add background-size: cover; or background-size: contain; so the background image scales to fit the container.
  13. BlueDreamer's post in Hide link text - is it possible? was marked as the answer
You need to add the A tag in there for the link, plus text fallback for screenreaders etc...

    <div class="logo"> <a href="#"><span>My link text</span></a> </div>
Give the A tag width and height (adjust width to whatever you need)...

    .logo a { display: block; width: 150px; height: 75px; padding-top:2px; background-image:url(../img/); background-repeat:no-repeat; -webkit-transition-duration: 1s; -moz-transition-duration: 1s; -ms-transition-duration: 1s; -o-transition-duration: 1s; transition-duration: 1s; } .logo a:hover { background-image:url(../img/); }
And finally hide the text of screen...

.logo span { position: absolute; top: 400px; } (adjust positioning left, right, top as you want so long as it goes offscreen)
