How do I hide the amount of stock from showing up when someone is buying something. My client has a lot of stock but showing that much is crazy stupid looking,

Edit the templates to only show the data you want.

or just do a display:none in the css for the stock level id/class 

but editing the template is the better option as it means one less server call.
