Strange line on Website in Chrome -- What is it?

If you go to that site in Chrome you will see a gray bar going across the site. In Firefox it's not there nor in IE9.

 

Can you help me figure out what the heck it is? Thanks.

Strange I'm in the newest chrome on Windows 7

What element is it attached to, or does it look likes attached to, when you view through web inspector?

No issues here on chrome, firefox and ie, win 7
