OK, so I am currently designing a RIA.

If you can imagine, it has a left sidebar, right sidebar, and main content in the middle. Along the left sidebar there are a number of options. For this instance I am doing football clubs. So, down the left there are a list of football clubs that the user can select on. Say they select Man United, then in the main content section there will be a large section of information that will appear about Man United. When the user views this information, on the right sidebar there will be some information that appears, such as the amount of words and lines in the main output section.

I am jut doing this to try to gain my knowledge in this part of web development. But, I would like to know how I can put a search bar on the right sidebar, this is were users could search the data within the main content section.

Thanks for your help, and hopefully someone can get back to me.
