Hello, im having a problem with photoshop.

When i click on it (photoshop), he don't open up... so i opened the task manager and then i saw that Photoshop.exe goes up to 30k and thne goes off.. and thats annoying cuz i want to open it, and when i open, he closes alone

I used photohsop on my old computer but now he's broken, and i want to use it on my new computer (here)...

My friend have the same problem and i need to fix it up cuz i wan't to work on it :/

you shoould contact Adobe about this.

 

As you have bought the software, you can transfer it to another computer.

 

If you did not pay for it, find another solution cuz we are all legal here.

 

BTW. Ps is not a he but an it.

As mentioned above, contact Adobe support.

Or even try browsing the Photoshop support forums at the adobe site.

If your friend had the same problem, speak to him to see how he fixed his issue? Or failing that contact Adobe Support (good luck with that!)

i already contacted adobe .. and nothing

my friend have the problem too and he can't fix it up

Have you tried the support forum?

Is it a legit copy of Photoshop or a pirate? Pirate versions often break for no reason.

is a Portable that i used on my older pc, i tryed to download another portable and it doesnt work at all :s i gonna try the forums

What's a portable? That still doesn't answer if it's a paid licence or a pirated version

well seeing as there is no legal portable versions (that i know of) we can assume it was downloaded illegally
