February 25, 201016 yr Obviously we have the standard cool 80s cartoons.. He Man, Thundercats, Inspector Gadget etc... but I was going through some DVDs the other day and came across: VISIONARIES: Knights of the magical light! Such a fantastic cartoon - it had a great storyline and some cracking ideas behind it. It made me think... why don't they make a full film of it... does anyone else remember it? It was AWESOME!!!

February 25, 201016 yr My cat was called Snarf. Thundercats rock!! (although watching now seems somewhat disspointing compared to the memory) I grew up with the 80s cartoon repeats on early morning tv.
February 25, 201016 yr I use to love Dangermouse as a kid. Got the 25th Anniversary box set and now my four year old daughter is well into it too. Even better watching it now, as so many references and 'breaking the fourth wall' gags just went flying over my head before.

March 8, 201016 yr I don't recall that one, but I was born in '79 so might have missed it. I remember Thundercats (of course), but also loved He-man and She-ra (I always wanted to be able to transform like they did!), Cities of Gold (ahhhhhhhhhh....), Dogtanian, Bananaman, Superted, Around the world with Willy Fog (great theme tune!), Jamie and the magic torch...just too many! Children's programs these days are just plain weird!
March 8, 201016 yr some of them was so bad its hard to believe we watched them as kids, there is plenty still been watched today and kids seems to love them, its not surprising really with the just as equal rubbish they do these days.

March 9, 201016 yr All awesome cartoons. I have a CD with most of the theme tunes on. Complete Dungeons and Dragons box set. They would have got home had uni not been messing around so much. Mask would have to be the best Anyone used this great lorem ipsum alternative (it is related).

April 30, 201016 yr Author No worries mike - yep I do remember dogtanian, that was awesome!! It is odd how many big stars did voices for cartoons in the 80s - i mean, look at David 'Del Boy' Jason, he was count duckula and danger mouse and a couple of others if I remember rightly!!

May 2, 201016 yr I used to love thundercats, transformers, gi-joe, fragle rock, the muppet show. yes muppet babies when i was real young. remember voltron? he-man was fun too. Saturday morning cartoons were the best here in the states. Such memories. Every once in a while I get nostalgic and hit up Youtube to see what I can find. Oh and Scooby Doo! I'm sure there's a video site out there with all these great episodes. Anyone know of one? -Seth

May 14, 201016 yr Anyone remember Ulysses??? I remember the theme tune being AMAZING but it could just be nostalgia! Also Dogtanion, Thundercats, He-Man, Danger Mouse, Dino Raiders and Fingermouse!! haha And did anyone see the Pingu episode where he peed in the snow?? It showed a proper stream of yellow pee - couldn't believe it!!
