    SteveQ got a reaction from mrsminkie in Tips for starting with a blog/wordpress etc.   
    Blogs are a great way of adding fresh content to your site. In fact I use WordPress Blogs almost exclusively now for sites. I'd dowload WordPress to a test directory and learn how to use it.

    Just read through the docs.
     
    Also many hosts have a WordPress installation script which makes it really simple to install, you'll probs need to create a database though.
     
    PS be sure to change your admin user and to add the secure wordpress plugin.
