beginner here...

 

I am curious if I can make a photograph of a webpage (how i would like it to look), on photoshop..including links and everything a home page would have?? i would like to be able to insert frames, therefore when a link is opened it is opened in a frame on the home page? please advice, thank you

If you're asking if you can make a site in Photoshop, then the visual stuff you can do, but you'll need another app to create the functionality.

 

If you're asking about having different parts of an image clickable so that they do or activate something, I'm not sure if this is easy to maintain for a responsive site (one that adjusts the size of your site/photograph for mobile devices). In the past we could have done this with Flash. Now, I'm not sure.

sounds like something you might have wanted to do about 20 years ago! you might need to explain a bit more - a link to site that works a bit like that for example... frames aren't something that you would ever use in a normal webpage

You can make a layout for your website in Photoshop but then you have convert it to HTML/CSS file for using it. And for the link section you have to do it through coding!
