I am doing SEO for my website from last 4 months for only three keywords which are given below:
1. Award winning web design company
2. Best web design company
3. Web design company

I also know that the keywords best web design company and web design company are very competitive keywords. My keywords web design company was on 585th rank on Google.com and now it is in 225th rank. It sometimes display on 156, sometimes 86 or sometimes on 225th rank.
Can anyone here tell me what things should I do to rank it on first page ASAP.
I have done the all things according to best of my knowledge. My website is 61designstreet.com

The spelling and grammar are atrocious. The copy doesn't read well and there is far too much on screen for your clients. Perhaps this helped with your rise from 585th place to 225th. I'm not a specialist in the field, but have a look at your bounce rate since this rise to your ranking. It might give an insight or two.

 

Aside from the obvious wonders of getting page hits and being top of Google, making your site a pleasurable experience for your users is a must. The site takes a while to load, the text is unreadable and I can't scroll the pages without freeze. Why did I bother to comment on this? Well, because I think it's important to know that 'Best web design company' is not summarised in a long tail keyword.

Getting any site on the first page of Google with those keywords is going to be difficult, in this case, near enough impossible.

I will only talk about on-page problems because I can see quite a few that will need addressing.

Below should be enough information to help you clean up your website and address other issues at a later date.

1. Make sure your 404 page is set up correct.

2. Fix your broken links.

3. Fix duplicate titles.

4. Optimize your titles for your content and do not repeat your keywords in the title.

5. Change your 302 redirects to 301 redirects, so Google does not get confused and if it does you could end up losing traffic.

6. Have a look at your website and see what keywords you need to rank for and not just target three.

7. One page has way too many links on it.

8. Review links that are external and do-follow you have some that need to be made no-follow.

9. Make sure you have relevant alt tags on images.

Yeah they are some pretty tough search terms you are targeting. I target some stupidly difficult search terms myself, but to start with I focus on geographical location. As the majority of my members are in the UK, I make sure that I rank well for anyone looking in the UK. By targeting a global serach will be really, really difficult. Yes, get your on-page SEO sorted first, but for these kind of search terms you are going to need a lot of relevant backlinks from top quality sources.

 

Getting backlinks from low PR sites such as seowebdirectory.org or non relevant sites like directorychrome.com are just a waste of time and won't help in the slightlest.

This stuff is now out of date and will not work, so please don't waste your time!

From my experience it's evolution of longtail search term to tighter terms. For example 'garage services location' at page level across various pages will usually result in site wide 'garage services' weight.

 

I must admit though the tangible business of those search terms are questionable, a bit too loose like coming first for 'car', what's the quality of traffic conversions at that level? For me they are more the 'look what I can do' search terms that only impress other SEO bods.

There are many factors which influence your page rankings in Google (and other search engines). Having more words on a page doesn't necessarily help. Right now your web site has bigger issues with layout and spelling -- that will drive away potential business right there.

 

Less is more. I would "advise" you to edit first and perhaps focus on keywords that are geographically driven, i.e.. web design nyc.

I have seen your website and you need to correct all spell check, grammatical mistake etc. You also need to check meta tag, descripption tag etc as per keywords you are targetting.
