Look I can give you just few suggestions. I would recommend you to chose the WordPress CMS as it is easy than the other CMS and doesn't need any extra knowledge to make some few changes.

    Hi
If you mean how to design a responsive site in Dreamweaver Design View, I don't think that is possible
You need to code the site and use a combination of fluid widths and media queries.
Here is a link to a few tutorials on how to build a responsive site from scratch.
    Hope that helps.

Some progress now. There's still a lot of detail that needs to be modeled and textured. The textures on these images will be completely replaced.

The supplier will give you products feeds that you have to add on Google merchant center and add the link path from your website to your supplier website so that user will directyl move from your website to your supplier website when he/she will click on the buy button.

I would recommend you to use the secound logo which is in blue color. This looks very creative and stunning. The rope gives it a very elegant look. The coloring is also very eye catching.

Create backlinks from the social media site. They will help you to bring high value of traffic with good bounce rate if you have good followers.

Just had a quick look at your website, and Ill say the concept and theme is a good idea, but there is still some finishing off to be done, for example - The logo puts me off as its too big, try making it smaller and put a padding on the top and left of 10, might make it look a bit more better.

There is another problem, the menu drop down on the left hand side, doesn't close when opened! It's annoying

Also I don't know if it's just me but the font family looks a bit odd. Try messing around with a few different kinds, see which one suits the site better.

    Hope any off this helped.
