March 28, 201313 yr Hello!My name is Fredrik Wikström, I am 22, soon 23 years old and living in the southwest of Finland. I have a basic education in Media & Communication and a very strong interest for most sorts of photography, graphic design and other forms of graphic artwork and creation such as for example "photochopping" (modifying cars in Photoshop)I am planning to create a portfolio website for myself from scratch (previously I've used services like Weebly out of pure laziness) mainly because it's more professional and appealing to employers if you have a "real" website on your own domain, and also you have much more freedom design-wise than you do with services like Weebly. So the reason I joined this forum is mostly that it's been almost 4 years since I graduated and have due to unemployment not had much chance to keep my skills fresh and up-to-date. Therefore I thought this forum would be a good place to find help, resources and answers to questions I might have, to make creating my website easier and refresh my memory of what I learned in High School.Thats about all I have to say for now, I will post a picture of the Photoshop-design I have so far in the What are you working on - Sneak Peek?-thread if you'd like to have a look at it!If you have any questions dont hesitate to contact me!
