Can anyone tell me which cms is good for multilingual site? At present I expend different html files to different languages.

Try Wordpress

There's a ton of plugins to give your site support for different languages. I couldn't recommend any since I haven't used them but there's enough to try, hopefully you'll find one to suit your needs.

Joomla is fully multi-lingual, out of the box. You can translate any element, front and back-end.

Thanks all of you.
