I search for CMS of top sites and cant found some thing, can some one help me please?

Not sure what your question means but i'll take a guess.

 

The big BIG top companies use their own developed CMS's but apart from them the big CMS's out there are...

• Drupal
  
• Joomla
  

Thanks but i mean some cms like a Sites Competition that people can register or voit for another sites.

I'm not sure we are understanding each other here lol.

However i can't help with what that site is using but maybe another user will.
