If you are going to hand over the passwords, remove the css files from the current server and host them privately (obviously amend the links to the files on the current websites). This way if she doesn't play ball and you no longer have access to the server you can remove the css files and smile as the sites suddenly look like sh*t.

Are they one off prices? monthly? annually?
What kind of reports will you send me?
Do you have a website I can look at?
Do you have an email address other than Gmail I can contact you at?
Do you have any checkable client testimonials I can read?
Are you UK based?

Thanks for the summary.

As most of you would have noticed,the hosting company has been less than helpful with this issue.
They've been asked several times to deal with the content that has been stolen and all they've done is ask the site to remove the content. Which the site failed to do. I've since contacted the ost once more and given a while to get back to. Me but to no avail.
 
So apparently http://bizzteams.com are thieves and Serverel Corp ( http://www.serverel.com ) are a host that don't give a damn that sites they host are doing this and then ignore requests to remove the stolen content.
 
I'll keep everyone here updated as to the progress as and when we have news.
