Both option?

^^Added it.

Neither option?!

^^There's one up there for you Wizely. ^_^

Both?

^^

I'm primarily a designer, if that includes then coding it in XHTML/CSS. I class 'coding' as using advanced PHP etc, something that really isn't my forté.

I get really REALLY embarassed by the fact that I'm not very good at PHP. I think I need to really start learning it though :( if anyone has anything that can help me, could you send me a private message? I'll be really thankful for your help.

Primarily I'm a designer, I started to learn HTML/CSS about this time last year.

I'm learning PHP too, its difficult but what it can add to web pages is well worth it.

primarily a coder (my last job was in software development), but in web design you have to be able to offer both ("the whole package").

I'm looking into php and javascript too traxor; but keep getting distracted by something else. My now distraction is wordpress lol. I will pm you some resources I found good for starting php.

Am a Designer :) Can also code XHTML and a tad of PHP. I can code BASIC though lol and anything with a command line but thats not really coding...

Does XHTML and CSS count as coding??

:D

Hehe I chose wizely, the stud muffin! In all honesty though I would say I am more of coder than a designer but I also know my way around photoshop and am getting better.

Yup.

I'm a coder but learning slowly design..

The hardest thing about designing for me is the color...

I'm almost half and half, but more of a designer....same problem with color here, must be going blind...I really want to grasp both.

Well, I voted on "both", but I feel myself more of a designer than a coder. I mean, I know slightly more than the basic and I'm always learning, mostly thanks to forums like this one (this one is amazing by the way) but as I don't feel to have a lot of "programming mind" and think to be more creative graphically.

This is always an interesting topic of conversation, although at least we're not trying to put a single name to what we are, then we'd be in trouble!

I picked both as I am a designer and programmer. I do enjoy the programming side of things more, probably because I get satisfaction from the problem solving and instant results.
