Maybe have a look at some css galleries and you may see the level of professionalism you should aim for. If you compare yours side by side to those you will see where you are going wrong.

Hi it looks better. I don't think you need the lines above and below the 3 services. It's distracting from the content. The logo will sharpen it up. Obviously, haven't checked code but make sure it validates to stop browser issues. :-)

I don't think good designers are ever happy with their work, because they strive for perfection. That's what makes them good designers, as opposed to those that do it for money. At the moment we don't like our website either, but its unrealistic to redesign before christmas. When we do we'll sit down and do some super duper market research, see what we love, what we hate, then decide what we love about our site, and what we don't. Char

Personally I think its a bit of a mess. It may be to do with the code as it looks horrific in IE8. I don't think the footer blends in, it sticks out like a sore thumb. Too many lines everywhere, think it needs to be simple as your work is actually really good. I also think a decent logo would be better than the 'photo' image you have now.

i dont see how you can get everything in one screen with all the different screen resolutions or am i being thick?

can you not put content in a box which has a scrolling bar so the actual height of page is small but the content can be scrolled? that may defeat object, they sound like morons.

Client didn't any of them though she said she liked the aperture one but it reminded her of a funeral wreath and to play about it e.g. remove the aperture and make it a totally different logo LOL.

too much going on, decide between a crown for the king or the bird. This could work very well in two tone colours only. Great for print. if you execute it right.

it made me think of safe sex, cause of the sex symbol and the 'wear it pink' made me think of condoms.

i dont think that was clear that its selling all sorts. i think you need to add content for it to become clear what direction the site is moving in. right now there is lack of information which will lead some people to dislike the current style.

well done jason great little design. hopefully this will help you, less is more, but what is there needs to be clean and precise.

I like it as a design but not for your actual genre of business. It needs to be more professional. Get rid of the background sun ray beam and probably turn it white. Make your content area wider/ or have something advertised/side menu on the left.... char
