On my own point of view, there's no such SEO tool that would guarantee you to be on first page of Google for your specific keywords. You need to work on it. Using those online tools might just jeopardize your website..

Those SEO tactics are not anymore working nowdays. If you want to have a good backlinks on your site why don't you consider doing some sort of content marketing. With the advent of Google Penguin and Panda update its not anymore on the quantity of the link but more on the quality of the links that you are building.

I agree with sash_oo7 your site needs a serious revamp. You can use some free themes online and just customized it.

From all type of CMS, I would recommend wordpress. The system is pretty much friendly. Good for people who are starting to learn about web designing. Same with the interface.
