You can actually split up the revenue based on the number of projects completed by each individual. Depends on whether you have a tight schedule, you can actually work up an agreement to share the tasks together and get a fair split. By simple terms, it depends on where you point the link to and whether doing so will enhance the quality and readability of your content. Some high rank website do point to other url and still manage to sit on top, so that must mean it is okay.

There's quite a number of web directories in the list that fits into the category. What you need to do is to type in "list of article directories" in google and there you have it.

If it's not broken, then try not to fix it. That is what I always believe, plus try not to create a duplicate site. Having identical content will not contribute and make things better.
