With or without grunge background?

Featured Replies

Opinions on this, please? Really looking for serious input on whether or not to include the grungelike background as well as feedback on the overall look and feel, thanks

From the images on here and imgur I can't tell what the business is/what's the brand? Are they a serious company looking to appeal to professionals? If so, I'd drop the grunge background.

We did drop it thanks, it is a redesign of our branding, I was still not happy with it, so I started from scratch, here is a first-peek look at the new website I have started to design too, we are trying to head for a sleeker, fresh and clean look.

Looks much better.

But I'd rethink the tagline as you do a lot more than just build websites. According to your mockup you do graphic design and SEO as well.

Unless of course this is just a placeholder in which case ignore my comment.

We mostly do websites so generally, most expect you to be able to do graphics and seo anyway, they are more extras of what we could do, but the bulk of what we are aiming at is websites.
