Error logging into Wordpress

Featured Replies

I have just made a site live (which can be viewed here), but now I am having trobule logging in on both the localhost and the live server.

When I try to log in on the localhost using wp-admin after the url, the Wordpress username and password screen appears. Once I enter my username and password, the site redirects me to the live server and gives me the following error:

"ERROR: Cookies are blocked or not supported by your browser. You must enable cookies to use WordPress."

I cannot log into the Wordpress backend in the localhost or on the live server.

Can anyone help?

Have you checked your browsers cookie settings? - find the option "allow cookies from third party's" and make sure it's on

Have you tried another browser to see if that works?

Thanks for your replies.

I'm not sure what happened, but the live and localhost databases somehow got mixed up. They both had each others URLs in them. This must've caused an error in Wordpress as it didn't know which database to look at.

I've managed to fix the problem now.

Thanks for your help. :)
