Email solutions

Would be interested to know how some of you handle the email setup for your clients.

Over the years I've used various solutions for my own domains and for my clients. Some of them are on my reseller hosting and others on other hosts.

Currently, I have emails for various domains I control running through webmail, Outlook (local), Google apps and Outlook live. My hosting company doesn't allow forwarding to free email hosts e.g. yahoo, hotmail etc.

Outlook live is about the only online solution I can find just now (other than using webmail on the server). Any other ideas would be much appreciated.
