August 25, 201312 yr Hi there, I've found several websites online that can "cartoonize" an image. They work like a charm! My only problem is that they automatically reduce the resolution of the original image by almost half. I really need this image to be in high definition! I have attached the original image and the cartoonized version to show what I'm aiming for. If someone could cartoonize this image in high def I would be for ever grateful! Alternatively, if someone could show me how to do this myself in GIMPshop, I would give it a go. Thank you for your time!
August 25, 201312 yr Photoshop can do this with relative ease using filters. Don't need a website to do it for you.
