Dear moderators,

I am making this thread as I can't send a private message (need 25 posts). English is not my first language so hopefully this is reading well. Please can you delete my threads (all of them apart from 'Look forward to your feedback') as my question wasn't expressed quite as well as I wanted it to be and I request them deleted. When this is done please delete this thread?

Thanks,

Dustin

Ok so we are not obligated to remove any post/threads which is stated in the terms when a user signs-up so basically we don't remove threads/post on request. So i will give you time to read this reply then i will remove this thread only :)

Do you not think if someone posts something on your forum and then realises they should not have posted it and would like it to be deleted you should really do so out of good will? Especially if the thread is showing on Google!

If they are an active user and request this although you are not obligated, surely it is the right thing to do. Without the users you have no forum so being understanding and sensitive towards their requests is important in my opinion.

... just saying :)

If everyone who no longer uses a forum requested their posts to be removed, or even just some.. Threads will become very confusing and going back to read subjects would be very hard, forums rely on content to not only answer the asker but to help anyone else looking for the same answers to the same questions.

instead of removing posts, would it be better to remove the name of the poster associated with the message? so instead of "danieljoseph" it will be "anonymous[privacy]", so keeping the message and keeping anonymity for the poster if they wanted some privacy.

How can you choke on tea?

I laughed, snorted and swallowed at the same time :-)

I realise its a Muppet thing to do but this thread just hit my humorous spot!

This is basically the reason.
