You definitely don't take care of your health, guys.

Bit of a bold statement considering you don't know me!!

I drink 1 beer once a week on a sunday only. I go to the gym 3 times a week swim 5 times a week and run 6 times a week twice a day

Pepsi is my thing compared to when people stuff them selfs with junk food and other crap week in week out day after day

Sorry, mate, I did not want to offend you. After all, your health is your health, not mine.

Why do you run twice a day?? Sorry just that bit stuck out for me!

Gives me something to do, I have two springers so If im not walking them I'm running and then walking. Its just a habit I got into really, used to fight on a professional level and it was part of my training.

Few years ago I took my M5 around a round about way to quick and the end result was me not walking SO I put weight on, few months before I got married I could walk again on my own but Id gotten upto 27 stone, few months later wife said she was pregnant and as a result I decided to shift the weight so swimming and running I done and lost 10 stone in 6 months.

Its kind of stuck now, dont want to be a fat dad so I keep that habbit going :)

jesus, Maybe if you layed of the Pepsi you wouldn't be so techy.

Anyway screw you guys and your health regimes. I drink several bottles of whiskey a week, like a few beers when ever it takes my fancy and up till a year ago frequented the fried chicken, pizza and chip shops pretty much every day. Doctor always gave me a clean bill of health and I'm rarely Ill.

However I do cycle 10 miles everyday, sometimes more, as well regularly swim.

A year a go I quit the junk food and won't look back.

Keep up the fine efforts but it will catch up on you, some see it sooner others later. Hopefully you've nipped any possible self inflicted ill health in the bud.

Last year i gave up food lol, not through choice granted. It's been a journey

Junk food is a good one to cut out!!

Hopefully so. I'm 32 now and the doctor cleared me for good health. Not even a cholesterol problem, so I think I pulled that one off!

Gotta agree. I'm still weak at refusing it but I'm so much better for cutting down. Luckily I've always been an active outdoors person which pretty much saved my life.
