Featured Replies

just wondering how the pro guys get such nice bullets/ logos/ images.. do you guys buy it from a super secret website, make them yourselves or get sub contract the work?

I can do a lot with HTML, Javascript, CSS but dont know much about Photoshop, fireworks, illustrator and wonder if those are nescessary?

Personally I use paint shop pro, simply because it's what I know. Been using it for a long long time and, imo, it would reduce my productivity somewhat if I was to try and lean photoshop (which I did briefly try once!). Although, Illustrator is on my list!

Back on topic! Yeah, some form of graphics program would be good to learn, either photoshop or paint shop pro for the basics.

I tend to draw my bullet points pixel by pixel. Takes practice but then again, so does everything :)

Photoshop for mine, or if I'm being lazy I have a good look around iconfinder.com and see if there is anything I could use there :p

I like this iconfidner website! :)

I'm drawing all that stuff by myself using Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, Fireworks, even Flash - for instance:

You made those yourself? Really good stuff! :good:

I did only two or three of almost all my icons... I usually go to Icon Finder, or Iconspedia when I want an easy full pack.

thanks for introducing me to iconfinder and icopedia, they are really good, I used to type the icon I needed on Google and would end up in all sorts of websites (some with viruses!!), it is good to have two very good pages that work and are free :)

lev and the guys who draw their own vectors, are you good at hand drawing? I can't draw at all therefore I have the feeling I will never be able to draw anything even if I learn how to use illustrator/photoshop tools :)
