The most commonly asked question on the Server Side (PHP, Databases, ASP.NET, etc) forum is "how do I create a contact form?".

Well... The answer to that question depends on what you want - do you want a ready made form that you can use on your website, or do you want to learn how to code your own form?

I have listed below several links to help you on your way. All links/tutorials/script generators are free.

Zed, I appreciate that a lot of people use the forum rather than Googling, but Google won't tell them if the tutorials on a site are any good. We can.

You don't need to register with companies house unless you form a limited company.

As for T&Cs, http://www.chocmintwebdesign.co.uk/downloads/chocmint-terms-and-conditions-2011.pdf < My T&Cs are taken from a template that is freely available to use, originally from someone on this very forum. You can use these, just change the names and any other little details inline with your own business. There's not really much more than you have already, but at the end of the day, you could write pages and pages! Don't pay a solicitor and just make sure that your clients understand everything when they sign on the dotted line.
