i think it is due to lag of scree resolution on your mobile and it doesn't gets enough screen to load full web page!

Well.. i make it by own stuff but some time i use bootstrap.. so there is anyother better than that bootstrap please help me to find out?

Its nothing problem in it, you may charge for web desinging and also other designing works. looking forward for some designers. If he know well about SEO then it will be rocking and more worthfull.. all the best.
