Definitly check out some jQuery menus. But something like this would be a common solution : First ask yourself what information you would actually look for on a handheld device. I mean there's probably no one ever going to read the companies history on his/her mobile phone. It's more likely this person is looking for contact information, opening times, prices etc. So keeping that in mind you can probably hide a few pages in the menu, making the need for a huge menu redundant.

You have so much space to use, use it! Bigger navigation buttons, more padding, bigger font size, etc. But maybe spacious websites are my thing Not a fan of the pink background as well.

The point has been made earlier : don't buy FB likes. A social media campaign will be worth it, but manage the campaign yourself. Getting fans is a time consuming thing...

I work with ExpressionEngine. This CMS takes a bit of work to get used to. But after that : the sky is the limit. Especially design wise. There aren't any restrictions on your designs. Any HTML/CSS page can be converted. It's a commercial CMS though, so you'll have to pay for a license to use it. www.expressionengine.com

Yes Google webmaster tools are free to use. You only need an email address.
