This is stupid. I don't even know what 'sprites' are, as I assume you're not talking about CSS sprites, but it seems stupid. You're ignoring all sorts of issues, and what does "Graphically far superior than html text" even mean? Also, I guarantee I can code a site better (ie. better looking and performing and more accessible etc.) than anything any program would automatically output.

No need when you can do all that with CSS. Anyway, other than everything everybody else said; the italic text is very off putting. Italics is meant for emphasis not body copy.

I can tell you in HTML5 at least that you use <hgroup> to group headers, thus you can (and should in blogs and such) have multiple H1 tags per page.

Ugh I didn't know Infinite Scroll was going to be such a hassle. The site was fine (and is fine) up to this point, but I can't figure out how to get it to pull in the data from the new pages. Basically what I am doing is using jQuery to grab the size of the window (needed for Masonry) and the url (variables for php) and pass it to a php file which then loads the content accordingly. Easy enough. Now I can set up Infinite Scroll by calling it from the load event, but of course it's not going to find anything in the page to be loaded as that page wont have called the php file yet ... how the hell do I get around this?

I use HTML5 on all of my sites (see below and check portfolio). All you really need to make sure it works properly across all browsers is <script src="http://html5shiv.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/html5.js"></script>

Sounds like what he really wants is BuddyPress - http://buddypress.org/ - it's based on WordPress so I don't think he'd have any problems if you were to go that route.

There's a bunch of ways of making it happen. Off the top of my head, if you were using something like PHP and SoundManager it should be easy enough to pass the current position of the song through each page so that it continues from the same place it left off on.

The vinyl is too large for the x-height and your kerning needs a lot of work. It definitely reads better now, but I'm not so sure that the tonearm looks right.

Also, when somebody is asking a question in which you give an answer I see no reason not to ask for clarification of reasoning, which you have now given.. I do of course disagree with the majority of it, but thank you for at least explaining why you think that is so.

When you leave out the </param and </embed> tags then make sure to close what were the starting tags with />

Ah, I see Wesh didn't back up their statement about VPS being no better than shared hosting last time either. If you have the skills/knowledge and the time to configure your VPS it will be miles ahead of any shared hosting.

I don't get it. Is the basis for this site even legal or do you just exist in some legal grey area? Surely YouTube and the like don't like the idea of people buying 'hits'.
