  1. I always have a list of goals or tasks that i want to complete, when i hit a "brick wall" i find a workout or as said something completely different helps alot whether its shooting something on a computer game or going out for an hour or so. and lets not forget my favorite, going to make a cup of tea and comming back with it .
  2. Its definately possible i did very little web stuff at college (involving PHP mainly learnt ASP.NET/VB) whereas at home i've self taught XHTML/CSS and PHP/MySQL as long as your willing to learn its very possible, so many guides and useful articles on the internet and this forum.
  3. Youtube has code on the videos which can simply be pasted into the HMTL code for the site.(the video code is found by clicking the embeded button under the video on YouTube.)
  4. I find when Im lacking motivation looking at examples of awesome sites helps alot esp if its competition for you, gives you a competitive edge I find, also just generally chatting to like minded people helps alot i find.

  10. PHP, is pretty easy and quick to pick up, as mentioned theres tons and tons of guides, resources and tutorials on the net for it, my reccomendation would be if possible to try a few languages out, I played around with ASP.NET using VB before i went to PHP, favored it instantly.
