I think there are not specific area to optimise your keywords. You can optimise the keyword inside your article, you title tags, your meta description, and inside your images file name. And to optimise your site ranking, SEO strategies its the best choice to improve your site rank.

Everything really..... Here is a small list

1. H1, h2 tags....if there is no header tags, then add them.

2. <a href tags.... very important is internal linking and  you should have some outbound links to important sites.

3. Meta title and description. Do not stuff them but make a Title with the keywords

4. Content - So very important.....Your keywords needs to repeated a few times to gain some impact. Add all related keywords also to the content.

5. Images and Alt. Image search is widely used and gaining some importance. Do not forget to add keyword related file name and alt tags.

That advice is way, way, way out of date.

Keyword prominence is less important than the authority and relevance of the whole site.

Keyword density is relevant anymore.

Keyword placement. Page title yes but the rest should be natural language rather than forcing keywords where they don't belong.

Keyword proximity. Hasn't been relevant for years.

If you are just going to quote a Quora article make sure it's up to date.

PS: your company isn't listed at the Texas address you have on your website..

Main areas to use the Keywords to optimize the site ranking:
URL, Title tag, Meta description, H1 heading, text content or link anchor text.

Even thinking about keywords is out of date. Ranking is all about authority, relevance and trust. Keywords play their part but to focus on keyword placement misses everything Google has been saying for years.

That's not quite correct. Use keywords as the basis for your SEO but do not keep repeating them. Write naturally and let the keyword form part of the sentence structures. Do not put them in your alt text unless the image is specifically about the keyword, google has got very clever at spotting this.

But stop focusing on keywords and start thinking about answers the search queries.

Keywords are important in both on-page and off-page tasks. While doing on-page, you need to stuff keywords in meta title and description. While doing off-page or generating backlinks, your keywords should be in content that you are using while doing article and bookmarking submission.

Everything in your post is wrong.
