Why do you want to build back links? Are you hoping it will help your ranking?

Even if someone has a list for you the chance of the links being relevant and adding value will be zero.

Only building a quality and relevant backinks. They are going to help you. If you ask people for backlinks on social platforms selling cheap of free guest posts, they are usually spammy backlinks and mostly from PBNs. So better approach is to do it yourself or find someone who can manually search backlinks for you inspite of using pre-made sheet and selling everybody without any relevancy and sense.

A backlink list won't help you much as they will be low quality and not related to your topic. Focus on generating quality content and promote that, people will link to it when it is of interest.

No they aren’t. Not anymore, Google has been devaluing links for some time now. Almost all ranking comes from on-site optimisation supported by the right sort of referrals, citations and reviews. Relevance is of course important but it’s only a small part of the algorithms.

Building spam backlinks are of no value, infact it will hurt your seo efforts. Focus on producing quality content, so that it can receive organic backlinks from different sources.
