I think my top three focuses this year are going to be:

 

- Speed, and optimising everything (especially for mobile, with Google's ongoing crackdown).

 

- Security, especially helping/educating clients on its importance and how it needs to be handled.

 

- Organisation, particularly with files and folders all over the place. (What services do you guys use to help with this?)

These are pretty much entirely development not design? But good things to work on definitely.

My focus will be on "Get updated with every new and latest technology trend".
