Design 1 is sound, the other two I can find issues with

All three look like edited templates - was that the brief or?

Out of the three,I would pick number one although I think it still needs a lot of work

I would choose one personally, I agree, feel very template like and just as a hint, I'm by no means "having a dig" Your posts are public and if you're a business i'd refrain from using "text talk" when discussing business activities. Just a word of advice.
