i am after a html / wordpress theme that is like this: https://www.namefind.com/ (the homepage design) or anything similar, or how much it will cost to get something like this built.

I think this will cause you ten of thousand dollar to custom develop it.

This would not take so much of cost to you. I am not saying that the theme customization is not easy but not much of tough task to a expert.

I'm sure you could find a theme in the above mentioned sites and just mod it to look similar in a day or 2. I do like that homepage of that site though.
